Description
The P500 is a fast, efficient AMR with a 600 kg payload, advanced navigation and safety features, and is suitable for diverse industrial applications

The Geek+ P500 is a highly advanced Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) known for its efficiency and flexibility in logistics and warehouse management.

This robust robot boasts a significant payload capacity of 600 kg and can reach speeds of up to 2m/s, making it ideal for fast-paced and heavy-duty operations. Its compact dimensions, 950x702x275mm (LxWxH), and a weight of 170kg, ensure that it can navigate and operate effectively in various industrial environments.

A standout feature of the P500 is its built-in lifting device, capable of efficiently transporting carts and racks.

This feature is particularly beneficial as it allows the robot to change directions without rotating its load, adding to its versatility in maneuvering through tight and complex spaces.

The P500 is renowned for its ability to significantly reduce labor, by about 50%-70%, and increase efficiency, being three times more efficient than manual labor.

Its accuracy rate is impressively high, up to 99.99%, which is critical in logistics operations where precision is paramount.

In terms of safety and navigation, the P500 is equipped with 2D obstacle detection and autonomous obstacle avoidance capabilities, ensuring safe operation around warehouse personnel and other obstacles.

Its accurate localization is maintained through various technologies such as Inertial Localization, Markers/Reflectors, and QR Codes on the floor. The robot can pivot in place, adding to its agility.

Furthermore, the P500 is designed to handle challenging environmental conditions, including freezing temperatures down to -10 degrees Celsius, and can navigate inclines with a slope gradient of up to 4.4%. This robustness makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial settings.

The robot complies with several agv safety standards, including CE, ETL, FCC markings, and is compliant with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, UL 3100 Ed. 2-2020. This compliance ensures that the P500 meets the highest standards of safety and reliability.
