Waku and SYNAOS Partnering: Service into Fleet management platform
It’s quite interesting to see how WAKU Robotics and SYNAOS are driving the evolution of the mobile robotics software market with their recent collaboration.
These companies have recognized the need to distinctively separate software from hardware to cater to the burgeoning mobile robotics industry.
WAKU Robotics, in 2022 secured 1,5M€ investment to enhance their AMR software development. Recently they have focused on their Waku Care "A solution to enhance the longevity and performance of robots, focusing on after-sales cost reduction and efficient maintenance. It is a special service software for robotic manufacturers, system integrators, and operators, aimed at optimizing operations and maintenance."
SYNAOS, on the other hand, counts on its Intralogistics Management Platform born to manage different mobile robots with different protocols under the same umbrella. Now, the Intralogistics Management Platform, is enhanced by WAKU Care, providing users with detailed insights into robot fleet performance.
The alliance of these two innovative companies is set to deliver substantial value to clients by streamlining robotic fleet operations, making a smart move in shifting the focus from interoperability platforms to service-oriented solutions.
This partnership represents the dynamics of a market that is seeing a convergence of software solutions that not only enhance operational capabilities but also create an ecosystem where mobile robots can be effectively managed and maintained.
This strategy leverages the expertise of both companies and is a testament to their innovative approach to addressing the needs of the modern logistics and manufacturing sectors.
